How to control it one day

Had to gain it back again
The success I had just back then
This pain I want to forget
The weight gain I still regret

This fear won’t let me go
I had it all years ago
Now I want it all
Do I know – I can fall?

It’s a constant reminder
But I am a fighter
So I fight day by day
